Extremely intimate details follow...
Hello all,
My owner has let me type a few words as he is too squemish to talk about it
but I'm not taking it sitting down so too speak here goes:
_ I wan t to knwo how to discern the difference between a large
hemorroid(yikes) and a prolapsed rectum
- and what is the treatment for the above (short of running around and
screaching 'cause it hurts)
- would antiseptic /antibacterial ointment such as polysporin be used
safely if a rectal prolapse is suspected?
- is a small (1/6) amount of baby aspirin ok to relieve pain?
- is cool icy water ok also to relieve pain?
- if constipation symptoms occur (like in this case) is TonicLax (similar to
Laxitone ) ok?
- should these or other treatments be used? what are the dangers of any
of the above treatments?
Please advise?
