Hullo again!  I have found a shampoo perfect for ferrets!  It's earthly
Extracts Citronella Shampoo with Cedar... i got it at walmart, made in the
USA by the Hartz Mountain Corp., Secacaus, NJ 07094
 
i bathed Tuck with it and the fleas couldn't vacate ferret fast enough...
and i haven't seen any yet since.
 
Dr Bruce, if you could, and don't mind, could you (or another of the vets
from the list) post or email a list or a ferret first aid thingie?  none of
the books i've seen has a really good listing of symptoms and panic
buttons... from what i hear, by the time you've noticed the big symptoms the
BOOKS list it's prolly too late... as well as the more common ferret home
things which can be handled by the owner... please?  i'm sure other ferret
mommies and daddys on the List would prolly appreciate this too... it would
be a BIG help in helping us care for our kids better, as well as helping us
to educate our vets...
 
if you know of one already online i'd love to know where!
