Maybe we could get permission from Deborah/the publisher to post the text of
the article on the server or on the web somewhere, so we could all have
something to use when dealing with a "bad" pet store.  On the web might be
better (i.e., in html format), it could be printed with the pictures and you
could see that it came from a professional publication.
 
I don't have a web page to volunteer :-( so I'll just suggest that & be on
my way...
