I have a very well ferret proofed home.  We've had no accidents in at least
two years which I figure is pretty good with four ferrets.  That was until
yesterday.  If you also have a ferret proofed home I suggest you test it by
getting another ferret!  We got number 5 a couple of months ago (now called
tyranoweasel due to his way of attracting your attention).  Yesterday went
like this...
 
"If I climb up the couch I can just jump onto the four foot high ledge that
runs round the family room.  If I run round the ledge I can just jump the
three foot gap to the top of the bookcase.  Once I'm on the bookcase I can
burrow my way into the camera case.  Now I'm in the camera case I can drag
the flash unit out by its on-off switch.  Now I can drop the flash unit onto
its discharge button.  Why am I sitting on the floor looking stunned?"
