Is it possible for interested folks to contribute directly to the S.O.S.
fund, rather than buying a coupon book?  If so, how would we go about doing
that, and what portion of the donation would the shelters then receive?
 
I haven't bought a coupon book because I was disappointed at how little of
my contribution eventually made it to the fund.  Granted, I'd be getting my
money back, so I could just make a larger donation, but I would feel better
getting nothing in return and knowing my entire donation went to the
shelters.
