Hi!
LEASHES>>
In responce to the post on yesterday's FML on leashes: In my oppinion
Ferrets can't be taught to walk "properly" on a leash. They don't heal. I
take mine for walks all the time. One will walk good after he wakes up and
realizes we are walking, but before that he will drag a little or try to run
the other away. ( usually about 30 sec.) My other one usually has to be
carried for a little while before she wants to walk. My third does
basically the same. Truthfully I think the male ferrets walk better. And
if you're walking your ferret on a harness, DO NOT use a velcro one. I lost
Ceezer w/ one of those, he broke right through, Luckily I found him about an
hour later. I never felt close to him, or attached in any way ( like I am
w/ my 1st ferret Ona) until that happened.
DIGGING>>
HELP! Ceezer is digging up every carpet! Last night I couldnt get into my
room because he dug up the carpet. And in the room they stay in, he's got
the carpet up behind the door. My room I dont really care, its old carpet.
BUT the other room is all fairly new carpet. My Ma wants to kill him. When
I cleaned their cages yesterday, I didnt want them in my room, and they
couldn't have run of the house, so my Ma said to tie them up outside for a
few min. What harm could they do out there? They were out there 5 min.
tops when I checked on them. I looked and saw a tail and a couple toes
sticking up in the air. Ceezer had dug a hole a foot deep!!! :O
AAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!! What do I do??????????
TUBES>>
I have the FerreTrail Fun-nels, but I cant get the balls together,
and when they per-chance are together they won't stay. Can anyone help??
ETC.>>
I really didn't want to title this one 'Magets'. Every time I change the
ferret's cage there are magets in it. Not only in the litter box, but in
the litter/food that gets kicked out under the water bottle. I won't go
into detail, but this last time was the WORST! The only thing that that
used to grose me out was magets, Not any more! It doesn't matter how often
I clean the cages, once a week, once everyother day, it doesn't matter.
Does anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions on how to get rid of
them??
Now that I have spoiled you dinner,[ I hope your not eating rice ;) ] I have
to say goodbye!
feretone covered dooks!
