...kinda. Tonight on the evening news (Channel 4 for those of you in the
Washingon metro area) they had a story about a new litter of black-footed
ferret kits just born at the National Zoo's lab in Front Royal.
 
The anchor delivering the story seemed geniunely delighted to be reporting
on it, and the co-anchor mentioned that it was great that BFFs were coming
back.
 
This is a positive development for ferret owners in DC -- at least I think
so...maybe it means that ferrets aren't seen in such a bad light in the
nation's capitol.
 
Perhaps it's time to organize a grass-roots movement to legalize the
fuzzies in DC -- I volunteer to help!
