Ashley had asked for a location for inexpensive collars...
 
I found nylon cat collars with a weave that allows indefinite sizing as
there are no holes, the prong fits through the weave. Then you only need
to cut off the excess and melt the ends with a lit match. Cost was $1.67
each, at Wal-Mart.
