You can tell your vet that IMRAB -3 was tested in ferrets and found by the
USDA (don't know how much weight that carries in Canada) to be safe and to
exceed the minimum requirements for effectiveness.  If your vet is
interested, s/he can read the technical paper.  "Evaluation of an
