Hi everyone!
I wanted to know if anyone has expereinced this before I take my fuzzie to
the vet.

I have a male ferret named Rocky who is about 5 months old. For the past
two weeks or so in addition to his normal poop( roght after he wakes up), he
leaves several small seeedy and mucus poop while he is playing. He is still
very active and is eating as noraml. I first thought it might be the fact
that we started to switch his food from Purina Kitten Chow to Iams. As soon
as we made the switch he was have seedy poop. But his Iams ran out about a
week ago and has only been eating the Prunia Kitten Chow and he is still
having the seedy, mucus poop. It isn't green so it can't be ECE, but it is
a light brown to yellowish color. (Sorry for being so graphic but I don't
know if color makes a difference). I will be traveling for work this week
and won't be able to take him to the vet till Saturday, but I would
appreicate any responses on what this could be. A friend of ours thought it
might be worms.

Thanks in advance! I will have aceess to my email so I can check your
relpies.
