There will be a demonstration at the Washington, DC Animal Shelter at 1201
New York Ave., NE, Washington, DC, at 8 a.m. on Wed., Aug  28, for those
concerned about the shelter ferret's fate.  If you can attend, please come
(parking is difficult at this location, especially at this hour).
