I am certainly *not* extraordinary, just a lowly ferret lover.
 
The way I like to think, is that you and I and all the other shelter mom's
and dad's, and those wonderful people who do not run shelters, but are
dedicated to helping the shelters, like Meg, Judith, Roxanne, and many, many
others, and all the shelter ferret sponsors,
                           ***  STAND SIDE BY SIDE!!   ***
Hopefully, we are "holding hands" and helping each other in any way we can.
We all share a common bond in our love of these wonderful creatures, each of
us is just as important as another, we all have a very important part in
helping them.  We have been entrusted as caretakers, in whatever capacity we
are able, to the most intelligent, loving, playful and endearing creatures
on this earth.  We take this responsibility seriously and we help where we
can, and that is how it is supposed to be.  I do nothing special, except
maybe for an unusual little dance on the toilet seat.
