So, while watching a nice tape of Wallace and Gromit last night, i get up to
grab the remote (which belongs to the tv, which belongs to the SO) so's i
can use it to change the volume.  Well, nice theory, except impossible in
practice, because Noodle and Friday had deftly removed all the big rubbery
buttons that control channel and volume selection.
 
They hadnt EATEN them, just shredded or hidden them.  I pieced together most
of it, so i know.  :) Noodle had, in fact, hidden one intact button in the
closet, in the back, in a box, in the farthest rear corner.  I had to
giggle.
