Help! Crying Kit

started to read the mailing list.
We purchased our second ferret last night (Rocky) from our local pet store
and he cried most of the way home.  After playing a little while we put him
to bed in his cage and he cried all nigh long.  Does anyone have any
suggestions as to why he is crying?  Is he just scared or could he be sick?
What can we do to cure him of this?
 
Please reply ASAP so as to not lose too many nights of sleep.
