I know ferrets and humans can transmit colds to one another but how about
atypical (bacterial) pneumonia?

Curiously, four out of five humans in our household have come down with
atypical pneumonia - but the ferrets appear to be OK.

Does anyone know if ferrets and humans can "share" pneumonia?
