This is a really serious subject!  Never EVER should a ferret, or any other
animal for that matter, be givin any type of alcohol.  It will kill a
ferret.  I left one of my ferrets under the care a another ferret owner
while I went out for a few hours.  He had a drinking party, the ferret got
ahold of a bottle of beer.  I can back to find my ferret comatose for
several hours.  Needless to say I was quite upset.  I don't care what anyone
says about alcohol being ok for ferrets, that is a bunch bs.  The other
ferret owner said that she only had a little, but that little was still too
much.
