(Sorry BIG for the subject title, but that's just what he is!) To all vets
and others interested: I have a year-old male named Cosmo who is pretty
hefty-- he looks like a bowling pin! I know that ferrets gain weight for
the winter, but it is more than that. So, do I only feed him a few times a
day or do I continue to give free access to food? He doesn't seem to be
overeating and I have given him lots of exercise the past several months.
He will play for a limited time and poop-out quickly. Any suggestions?
