Donna - Sorry, I didn't know Koti was sick.  Doesn't sound terribly
encouraging - has your vet considered doing a renal biopsy so we can take a
look at the kidneys?
 
I lost one of my ferrets to renal failure at two - it's a miserable long
drawn-out way to go, and especially tough on owners.  Luckily for us, it's
not a common occurrence.
