A former director initiated the campaign which we are using with pet stores
in the state of NH.  The letters with signature seem to work 99% better than
a word with the staff.  We do find that it is wise to monitor the stores
though.  We have a stash of the letters and will forward them to all who
would like to join our war against ignorance in the pet shops.  Thanks all
