Can someone direct me to an issue# that discussed this topic.  I remember
it was discussed at length.
 
Our one little girl is very petite, and her tail has always been small, but
lately, it seems to be really thinning out.  She's a year and a half old.  I
noticed some black/rust colored specs at the tip of the tail, and at that
spot, she's losing her hair.  I remember someone mentioning blackheads and
to clean the tail.  I've been doing that, but the spots haven't gone away
and the hair is still thin.
