Hey guys--
There was story a while ago (June 2) in my local paper (San Antonio Express
News). Apparently, a pair of men started a company called Dog Gone. These
men have an industrial vacuum truck, and they go around the Southwest and
Midwest, capturing prairie dogs by vacuuming them out of their burrows.
They hang out in a field, and when they spot a prairie dog they chase it to
its burrow, then they suck it out. The prairie dogs are sucked into a
padded tank. The prairie dogs then meet one of two fates. They are either
go to pet stores as exotic pets, or they are donated to BFF project to teach
the BFF's how to hunt. Pretty cool, huh? Bye--Maria.
