For those of you in the Baltimore-D.C.  corridor, I can usually offer
reasonably priced ferret-sitting in my home, but be sure to call as far in
advance as possible- we do try to travel once in a while ourselves!  I'm in
Linthicum Hts., which is at exit 6 off the Balt beltway.  I usually charge
$3.  per day for" the usual" - a pair of healthy ferrets in a cage you
supply (mine are usually full!) I also use a contract which requires the
owner to pay for any medical expenses the ferrets may incurr while I am
taking care of them.  I feed Totally Ferret chow, and ensure
 
that they get at least 1 hour of exercise outside their cage per day.
