Can a ferret have a blockage if he:
 
1)  Eats heartily
2)  Poops with _normal frequency_
3)  Poops in somewhat reduced quantity and/or poops more compact-appearing
    stools  (constipated appearance)
 
Essentially, can a ferret have a blockage if he still poops?  Could
symptom #3 have anything to do with the ulcer Paleface had in July (and
theoretically recovered from)?
 
Sorry about the yucky question, but I really need to know.  The vet is
stumped.  Sigh.
