Suzanne Firth -
I went to Wal*Mart and got a big sports duffle. They cost about $20.00.
Make sure that you get the kind with some sort of mesh adjacent to its
biggest compartment.
Open the bag and cut away any material from behind the mesh, it is important
that the mesh is seamed to the bag or at least zippered. This creates
ventilation and a "window" for your ferrets to look out of.
You may need to get something to hold the zippers shut, a safety pin or
small luggage lock, because your ferrets may become smart enought to open
them. This setup needs to have some kind of cardboard or wood frame to give
it structure so that it does not sag in the middle.
This bag can accomadate a small litter pan and a food dish, I have not found
a way to put ferret accesaple water bottle in it. Mine also has two side
pouches, were I keep all vet records and imunization history, especially
RABIES INFO. If I go out to a store or park, I also take walking leashes
and Ferret info for people who are interested or need to be properly
educated.

Pam Greene -
I have read the FAQ regarding treats, and was wondering if there were
any other dangers with raisins beside to much fiber?
Also, My kit is 9 weeks old, when should I start weaning her from mush and
how, She does not seam interested in regular food. (This Question is up for
grabs to anybody and _everybody_)
