Okay, I called Bob's wife.  She said he's fine.  He has to shorten is trip
and he hasn't had the access to the Internet he had hoped he would have, but
he's alive.  I got real worried from the postings and he'd given me his
number.  Anyway, his wife said to pass it along that he is fine.  So no
worries.  But keep him in your prayers/thoughts for a safe trip home.
