I am Madeline Ferret, the bewhiskered marvel.
I can type, but shhh! don't tell.
My person got another ferret.
He has sharp teeth, but I'm bigger.
And I have sharp teeth, too.
He has more dangly bits to bite than I do.
He is sorry for this.
He is warm and cuddly in bed.  He makes a good matress.
He sleeps a lot. Sometimes he snores.
I have to admit he is fun to play with.
I have to admit that I love him.
When he is bad I wait until he is asleep and then push him out of bed.
He lands on his nose.  Ha!
I let him have the purple elephant.
He must not touch my red dinosaur.
He tries to play *my* shower game.
I bite his neck and drag him away.
For I am Madeline, and he must obey.
I am Madeline, Ferretus Maximus,
and I shall prevail.
