of randall(male cat) and quark(male ferret) enjoying each other's company.
 
we have seven ferrets and four cats.  each cat reacts to the ferrets
differently.  randall thinks they are animated cat toys and, for the most
part, plays nice with them.  he did get too rough once with Escher and once
with Niblet and had to be put on Progesterone for a short period of time.
two of the other cats pretty much ignore them, but Tigger, the one who grew
up with ferrets, plays nice with them when he chooses to play with them at
all (he's just too sexy for hiscat :-)).  the strange thing is, like someone
else on the list mentioned, Tigger is the only hunter/outside cat of the
house, and he plays the nicest with the ferrets.
