Omaha Catalog sells a bowl that is guarnteed not to tip.  The holder fastens
on to the side of the cage, the bowl sits in the holder, and there are 2
snaps on each side of the holder that secure the bowl in place.  THERE IS NO
WAY ANY ANIMAL CAN TIP THIS BOWL.  However, this bowl is ideal to play in.
The bowl sizes vary as well as the prices, but I think I pd around $7 - $8
for a 30 oz bowl.  Prices have probably changed (this was several years ago
when I initially bought them), but they still carry the product.
