Well Penny is slightly better today.  Before I could even get through
sending my post, the server had answered my request for the answers packet
(pretty darn good service BIG).  I started her on Infalyte and force
feedings of Gerber 2nd meals Chicken Noodle.  She hated the force feedings
but after a few syringes she started keeping some down.  I slipped her
medicine in between a couple and she was able to finally keep it down, I
figure it has to work a lot better when she isn't throwing it back up.  This
morning she was hungry and mad because I wouldn't let her at the ferret food
bowl.  I pumped some more baby food in her and although she still balked at
the syringe, she wasn't quite as disgusted by the baby food.  She still
won't eat it by herself yet.  She seems to like the Infalyte.  This morning
she didn't gag or throw up any of the baby food.  Everyone who has had a
baby that lost a lot of weight will probably understand this, this morning,
she felt better to the hold.  Not as bony and fraile, a little more softer
and firmer.  I could not find 2nd meals in Chicken alone, only the 1st
meals.  And where do you find Nutracal?  I'm glad we have all of ya'll out
there to pick your brains, thanks.
