Since we have been on the subject of ferrets catching mice, all of a sudden
I've been getting large crickets in my house. I guess it's the cold
weather coming. One of my ferrets just ignores them. One likes to catch
and kill them. Two of them catch, kill and them eat them. It's pretty
sick to me. All of a sudden I hear crunch, I look and half the cricket it
gone. I hope this doesn't hurt ferrets. It sure doesn't take long for
them to catch them. The cricket is lucky if it gets two hops in before its
all over. Needless to say, no ferret kisses from cricket breathes (yuck).
