Last night on the tv program "Chicago Hope", in a scene of the animal lab,
there were two cages of ferrets (just sables, I think) along with a monkey
and a chimp.  Although I found it disturbing to see them portrayed as
"lab animals", I am mentioning it because most of us ferret people like
to know ferrets appear in the media.  Gale Putt and the Gang
