I just wanted to make my first post in this fine FML.  I've been lurking
for almost a month now, and felt it was time to make my post.  I don't
own any ferrets, but think they're fun to play with at the pet store.
 
I had a question about adoptions.  Does anyone know of a place in Virginia
where one could adopt a fuzzy one?  Although the ones at the pet store are
nice, I am always reluctant to buy an animal from the pet stores.  Heard
too much.
 
This would be just for my info, because I still live at home, and my mother
hates ferrets.  I don't know why; personally, I think they're great.
 
Last of all, I've heard about a ferret calendar?  Maybe this will convince
Mom that a ferret is necessary for our household.  Sorry if this has been
asked before, but I don't remember seeing it.
