Hooray for Massachusetts! Many ferret dooks and kisses and squirms and
hops for everyone who helped make us legal in Massachusetts.
 
Now California is the only clueless state when it comes to ferrets (we're
not including Hawaii, because we've been persuaded by other FMLers that
Hawaii has a unique set of problems different from the continental U.S.).
