This largeness of your ferret's rib cage compared to the waist reminds me
a lot of my C-pi's weight loss last summer before she ultimately
succumbed to kidney disease. I don't know about the other symptoms,
though; I have read reports from other FMLers about the clawing of the
roof of the mouth being associated with insulinoma. Perhaps Dr. Weiss or
Dr. Williams can shed some more light on this.
