I'm not sure if I'm allowed to do this (BIG - feel free to E-mail me if
I'm not), but ...
 
I'm the President of the NH Ferret Owners Coalition (NHFOC), and we just
recently gained the official status (i.e, with the State of NH) as a non-profit
organization.
 
Currently, we have approximately 35 members from all over (and I mean
ALL OVER the state) who meet once a month to discuss ferret issues such as
legislation (i.e., House Bill 573 - getting a 45 day quarantine period),
fund-raising activities (we support two ferret shelters in the state), and
general fun, ferret type of discussions!
 
Our next meeting is going to be held June 10 at the Merrimack Public Library.
If there are any NH ferret owners out there would like to join the NHFOC,
please E-mail me for further information!
