5!??? That's way to low - and probably not compatible with life, or
at least not as we know it. I'm wondering if there may be some lab error
here. Make sure to check that one again prior to surgery.
As far as metastasis to the kidney - I've never seen that, so I
wouldn't let that hold you off surgery. I'd suggest a blood recheck, and
then an early surgery date.....
