I wonder if anyone has a lead on a reputable ferret breeder in Manitoba.
My girlfriend is looking for a new kit to welcome to our home, and we
definitely do not want to go to a petstore (girlfriend works in an animal
hospital and has strong opinions on the local petstores). Of the last two
ferrets she has had, one was found in a local park (dehydrated, the vet
said within hours of death) and the other came to us through an animal
groomer who took it from some clients. So, you can tell, we have not had
a lot of experience with local breeders.
