Well, it could be, but I tend to doubt it. In fact, many practitioners
due a blood glucose after a four hour fast. Most vets will do an
exploratory after several blood values of 60 or less. If you want ot be
absolutely sure, you can run a test for insulin and calculate the
insulin/glucose ratio, but I think that the results that you have, couple
with the lethargy are sufficient to justify taking a look around.
At four, with no other health problems, a quick "look-see" should pose
much of a problem for Axel...
