I was doing research for a test that I am giving and I came across the
following information on Vampires. It seems that there are many myths,
but I liked this one.
Bajang: Malaysian. The bajang normally take the form of polecats.
They could be enslaved by sorcerors and forced to kill the
sorceror's enemies, and some families were believed to be
hereditarily stalked by the bajang.
So basically we are talking about killer ferrets who run about under
the control of evil sorcerors. No wonder people think so poorly of
our little fuzzies. The poor guys they we just probably looking for
treats and got hyper when they could not find any. They do look a bit
threatening when hopping about.

"'They do not die for us. Not for us. That at least is a blessing.'
He [Robert E. Lee] spoke staring at the fire. 'Each man has his own
reason to die. But if they go on, I will go on.....If war goes
on-and it will, it will-what else can we do but go on?...And does it
matter after all who wins? Was that ever really the question? Will
God ask that question in the end?'"
