I finally have some good news to post to the FML.  Axel's grandaughter,
Peanut, gave birth today to 7 kits.  They seem to be healthy but a bit on
the small side.  Mom is doing well, no problems delivering and she is doing
a great job taking care of the babies.  This is her first litter.  This
litter is special to me because Peanut was bred on Oct.  31 which was the
day that Axel passed away.  I feel like a small part of him has been
returned to me.  Dad is BJ's Bear owned by Marty and Perry Gosnell.  Got
all paws and fingers crossed that all goes well with these youngsters!
