The Central Maryland Ferret Association is more centered in Hagerstown I
believe than Frederick.  The AFA is headquartered in Frederick.  They
even have a office downtown.  I don't have their phone numbers handy put
will try to post them from home.
 
I mentioned a group in South Carolina but they are crrently not operating a
shelter.  This will probably change again in a few months.  I can accept
queries for them but they do not wish to be contacted now directly.  I will
explain all of this at some point in the future.  I can help arrange for
ferrets to some degree in South Carolina (well almost anywhere with the
help of shelters and breeders I know and work with).  Pam's Star list is
good for tracking ferrets in many areas as well.
