I hope the lid on your toilet is DOWN when Calvin uses it.....otherwise,
he could easily fall in and would not be able to get out again.  Remember
the inside of a toilet bowl is smooth and slippery...some ferrets have
been known to drown from falling in.
 
Since bathrooms by nature seem to be particularly dangerous for ferrets
what with rubber mats, toilets, pipes, etc., I close the bathroom door
when the ferrets are out.
