        There is nothing poisonous about crickets, as long as they are not
contaminated with pesticides, and they are well-chewed (don't want to get one
stuck in your throat).
 
        I've never reprimanded my errets for killing the odd cricket - one day I
may get a serious bug problem, you never know....
