[log in to unmask][log in to unmask], 20 Mar 1995 12:41:59 CST403_- Find an airline that allows you to take your ferrets onboard, please!
This will be difficult, but try like heck anyways.

If you must have your ferrets go underneath these are my suggestions. Put the
babies in separate cages. Although they will probably be happier together
the chance that they will lose all separate cages is slimmer than them losing
one with all your babies. [...]36_20Mar199512:41:59Cr 1st! None of these babies had been spayed or neutered <sigh>.
Needless to say, our vet is going to be busy next week :)! [...]47_27Dec199401:18:[log in to unmask] 9412 11300 17 13_ferret [log in to unmask], 27 Dec 1994 22:19:58 -0300314_- I've been lurking for about three weeks now and enjoying the heck out of
the FML. We love reading about the great time you all are having with your
fuzzies. We presently live in Bermuda which is a ferret free zone, in fact
Bermuda has a ban on any animal which has the potential of becoming feral. [...]45_27Dec199422:19:[log in to unmask] 9412 11318 16 14_Ferret Sources13_Greg [log in to unmask], 27 Dec 1994 22:46:17 -0800392_- Well, now that we are finally settled in (well there are still several
(many) stacks of boxes), we'd like to know if there are any breeders in the
Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon). Failing that, where is the best
place to get a ferret in the Greater Seattle area? (We know about Ferrets
Northwest).

Thanks

It's just a minor point, but I thought I'd thrown in my $.02 worth here
about shampoos. It's good that you don't want to use a shampoo that
would irritate your little sock pirate's eyes, but tearless shampoos are
just as irritating as the non-tearless type. The only difference is a
small amount of anesthetic. I would advise you to just not bathe her any
more than you have to, and to try to keep it out of her eyes. [...]49_27Dec199422:46:[log in to unmask] 9412 11357 30 6_Bandit24_Darrell J [log in to unmask], 28 Dec 1994 01:52:00 EST575_- My wife and I joined the FML not long ago and have learned a lot and have
enjoyed the stories/information greatly. We were given our ferret "Bandit"
about a year ago, one of the contractors who was working on our new home had
poor "Bandit" caged up in a very small cat kennel in the back of his
pick-up. He had to remove Bandit from his apartment because his landlady
was very afraid of a ferret!!! (I wonder what she thought he would do?)
Anyway, Miles was going to give him away to someone who would take care of
him....well [...]42_28Dec199401:52:[log in to unmask] 9412 11388 34 32_A query from [log in to unmask]@DELPHI.COM31_Wed, 28 Dec 1994 06:41:05 -0500566_- Forwarded for [log in to unmask] --

Squeaker is now 5 months old. He is the joy of my life when my wife is
working nights. He keeps me so much company, and is my constant companion.
We literally do everything together.

Several weeks ago, when I returned from a business trip to Louisiana, my
wife said "you need to look at the ferret." When I walked in the door, I
could see all the way across the room his eyes were all milky. I asked her
how long they had been like that, and she replied it had only been a mater

To all-

It's been a week and two days...and no sign of him. We have assumed
that he is either with someone else, or... The weather has been really
mild for this time of year, but even with posters everywhere, daily
walks to beat the bushes, newspaper ads, etc., we have had no luck. My
thanks to all those who posted and to those who responded directly.
