Mary Shefferman and I have been discussing adapting portions of the
Ferret FAQ for _Modern Ferret_ magazine. I'd like to know the
opinions of the FML members, particularly those who have contributed
material or suggestions to the FAQ.

_Modern Ferret_ would, in some sense, be selling the FAQ, which was
originally compiled as a volunteer effort. (The magazine wouldn't be
getting any copyright, and the FAQ would still be available in all the
other ways it always has been.) The only compensation I would receive
is the magazine itself, and I'd forego that if people objected. Does
the good of distributing the information outweigh any bad that comes
from charging for it?
