As several people have noticed, the WWW server that hosts Ferret
Central, the FAQ, and the Photo Gallery is not exactly the speediest
machine in the world.  At times, its response is slow enough that
people have problems downloading some of the pictures, sounds, and
even the Photo Gallery Lite (no previews).
 
If you know of a reasonably fast WWW server with 3 or 4 MB free which
might be willing to host the pictures and sounds, please let me know.
(If it happens to be a place where I could maintain the files, by
login or FTP, then I would gladly move other pieces of Ferret Central
there too, but the pictures don't really change and would need only
infrequent maintenance.)
