In the last newsletter someone asked about a brush-tailed ferret. This
is a pretty common response to being surprised or startled, but can look
very funny! I remember one time I had put Slinky's travel cage, which
doesn't usually stay in my apartment, behind an open door in the place.
Slink came bopping along, started to go through the doorway, and
immediately froze and sent his tail hairs going in about 20 different
directions. I've never seen an animal do a double-take so fast!

committee? That's is - my bags are packed...").
