this is for those hot summer days!  i did this when we were out camping.
Zelda (MSRIP) loved it!
 
i took a zip-loc bag and put a few icecubes in it.  then some water.  DO NOT
fill all the way up!   remove all air.  place in bed and cover with towel.
 
ooooooooooo aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!  she didn't even pant after that.  she would
roll over and change positions.  COOL!!
 
ferret stats:
Arabella -- about 9 monthes.  was not a healthy ferret to begin with.
 
Missy -- 1 year +.   ran away from home.  loved to be outside.
 
Ariel -- ~6 years.  died of severe throat infection (dehydrated)
 
Adrianne -- 1 year +.  went camping.  the sleeping bag ate her.
 
Zelda -- 7.5 years.  she fell out the second story window and the itenerite
dog crunched her up at 4 am.
 
Zephyr -- 1.5 years and going strong.
 
and what's wrong with Missouri?
