Sorry I ended up splitting this into two messages.  I just went to look
at Trillian's neck to compare the skin color on their necks and I noticed
that she also has two tiny bald spots on her neck.  I've never noticed them
before because they are very small but now I'm starting to worry even more.
The only difference between Zaphod and Trillian's necks is the color and
the amount of hair loss.  Zaphod has more hair loss and his skin is much
pinker (like the color of say the bottom of his feet for comparison).
Trillian's skin is the same color as on the rest of her body.  What could
this be???
