     Yesterday someone put up an excellent post about how to
contact the California Senate and join their mailing list.  I would
like to expand on that post a bit.  If anyone would like a copy
of the TEXT of SB 55 here's how to get it easily.
 
Send a message to: [log in to unmask]
 
In the body write:  GET BILL SB_55 CURRVER.TXT
 
     This will get you the current version of the bill in the
text format.  The response time was very fast.  I had my copy of the
bill in less than a minute!
